• A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
• Full payment must be made 14 days prior to arrival.
• Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other specified methods.

• Cancellations made 30 days before arrival receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made 15-29 days before arrival May receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival.

• Check-in time is 2:00 PM.
• Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• No smoking inside the apartment. Any Damages to Bedsheets, curtains or any furnishings will incur a fine of 2000 INR . 
• Pets are not allowed unless specified.
• Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
• It is a home, you are staying in. Please think of us as your friends. It is not a Hotel.

• Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay.
• The management is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

• The maximum number of guests is specified at the time of booking.
• Exceeding the maximum occupancy is not allowed without prior approval.

• The apartment is for vacation purposes only.
• Commercial use of the property is prohibited.

• Report any maintenance issues immediately.
• The management will address urgent repairs as soon as possible.

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Udaipur.

• The management reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
